Sugababes - Radio 1 Live Lounge Tracks

I know it's been a long time since I posted on the blog, but I've been a tiny bit side tracked. Anyway, I am back now and ready to do some serious posting. By the way, all songs are now in m4a format because it takes up less room in my library.

Here are 3 songs from the Sugababes, they have done a few songs on Radio 1's Live Lounge (2 Covers) and they really show of their singing skills in all of them. 'About You Now' becomes a lovely ballad, 'Hey There Delilah' will bring chills and 'Spiraling' will put a smile on your face. Enjoy and tell me what you think

Starting from the bottom, comes 'Circus' the hotly awaited return of Britney Spears after the failure of 'Blackout'. The debut single 'Womanizer' became Britney's first US number one since 'Baby One More Time' in 1998. The album is filled with show stopping songs and amazing lyrics. Certainly one of Britney's best albums of her career yet. This album includes all bonus tracks from the Circus era and the link for the ZIP file is in the comment part of this post! Britney Spears Day: 21st April

Blog Highlights: Dance All Night Vs Ashley Tisdale

Here is a new feature to the blog. The Blog Highlights says exactly what it says on the tin. I will try and do this for all blogs that get added. I'd first like to start of with Dance All Night (Sam) and his amazing Ashley Tisdale day. Ashley found fame as Mandy in The Suite Life of Zack & Cody and hit it big time when she stared in High School Musical Time. Since then, she's been the in the 2 moves after it and had released her debut album 'Headstrong' which I love. She's now about to get ready to release her second album and from it comes 'It's Alright, It's OK' and is a great pop record. In celebration Sam has uploaded everything and anything Tisdale, including the brand new single. So get down there and download, but be quick!

Girls Aloud - Tangled Up

Hello everyone, like I said, a slow amount of posts for a week as I'm currently on my Easter break and I'm currently snowed under with coursework. But here is another of my favorite pop albums from the past few years. 'Tangled Up' was released in 2007 after the smash hit 'Sexy! No No No...' gave the girls another top 10 hit. It's electro pop hits are simply amazing, however the closest to a ballad is 'Call The Shots'. Please bring back the ballads girls. I've added 'Dog Without A Done', 'Hoxton Heroes' and 'Teenage Dirtbag'. Enjoy guys!

Atomic Kitten - The Greatest Hits

The girls of Atomic Kitten were my favorite band after The Spice Girls & All Saints, they soon got replaced by The Sugababes & Girls Aloud. But I still do listen to some of their albums and songs some times, and can't stop smiling when I play this album. The Greatest Hits was released in 2004 and contained great memories from songs like 'Whole Again', 'Be With U' and 'It's OK'. The album is one of the best pop records I have ever bought (and I buy a lot). Please enjoy!

The Ting Tings - Mini Remix Collection

The Ting Tings burst onto the music scene at the very beginning of 2008 when they released "Great DJ", but it wasn't until "That's Not My Name" hit the top of the charts during 2008 we noticed there amazing pop abilities. Here Come The Girls: Katy Perry

She's the new girl with attitude and since 2008 Katy Perry has been attacking the charts with some of the most legendary pop songs of the 21st century, so here are her 3 first singles so far; 'I Kissed A Girl', the ground breaker that started Katy's pop career, 'Hot N Cold', the 2nd single which proved she was more than a one hit wonder and 'Thinking Of You", a different direction from her first 2 singles, with a nice mushy love song that reminds me of a few Alanis Morissette songs. All songs are taken from the album "One of the Boys", so buy it or download it whenever you can because it's a great album.
